What you will do

• Concept and deliver integrated creative work across digital, social, motion, print, and events.
• Develop motion and animation content for digital and social platforms using storytelling and timing principles.
• Adapt design solutions across seven international markets and multiple product lines while maintaining brand consistency.
• Lead and mentor the design team, providing creative direction, briefs, and developmental feedback.
• Embed and optimize AI-assisted design workflows to improve production efficiency and creative output.
• Ensure brand guardianship and strict adherence to financial services compliance and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated creative thinking across digital, social, motion, and print formats.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and Figma.
• Experience working within regulated industries such as financial services or insurance.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring designers to raise output quality.
• Advanced proficiency in using AI tools for creative workflows and training others in their responsible use.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom (Hybrid).
