What you will do

• Champion the visual identity and maintain high creative standards as a brand guardian.
• Design and produce high-quality assets for paid social, display ads, CRM, email, and websites.
• Develop performance-focused creative to drive engagement, conversion, and measurable business outcomes.
• Build scalable templates and component libraries to accelerate production and ensure consistency.
• Create native, engaging content for platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance ideation and streamline production workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic or 360 Designer with a strong multi-channel portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Experience in performance marketing, CRM, and digital advertising.
• Ability to act as a brand guardian and mentor colleagues.
• Strong understanding of digital design best practices and accessibility principles.
• Experience with generative AI tools for creative workflows.
