What you will do

• Verify received materials conform to specifications using visual and measurement tests.
• Reject and control non-conforming materials to prevent assembly into final products.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing teams to troubleshoot quality issues.
• Perform inspections based on engineering drawings, purchase orders, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records and dispositioning of materials within the system.

Requirements

• High school diploma and minimum 6 years of quality control experience required.
• Must be a local candidate to Somerset, NJ.
• Practical experience with CMM operation and programming.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings including GD&T.
• Proficiency with mechanical inspection tools like micrometers and calipers.
• Experience with SAP or similar material management systems and Microsoft Office.
