Salary: $43,000 – $74,000 per year.

What you will do

• Perform testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to SOPs.
• Conduct product stability testing and document results in compliance with cGLP and GMP standards.
• Support failure investigations and customer complaint reporting.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure the work area remains clean and stocked.
• Participate in manufacturing and engineering studies and validation protocols.
• Assist in training laboratory employees on new methods and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Undergraduate degree (quality or science discipline preferred).
• Must be able to work on-site in Bethlehem, PA as required by the hybrid schedule.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lift, tug, or pull up to 50lbs and perform general mobility functions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
