What you will do

• Engage customers with advice, service transactions, and problem resolution regarding banking solutions.
• Identify customer needs and guide them to the appropriate internal partners for specialized services.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools including mobile, ATM, and online platforms.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions while maintaining operational accuracy.
• Ensure all documentation is consistent with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and participating in performance development.

Requirements

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience required.
• Must obtain Investment Funds Canada (IFC) certification within 6 months of appointment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and branch software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Must be mobile within the assigned district for potential transfers or geographic relocation.
