What you will do

• Partner with client service teams to retain a shared book of business and build strong vendor relationships.
• Project manage annual open enrollment, renewal implementation, and new hire orientation processes.
• Develop and implement customized communication strategies, including tools, vendors, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Facilitate support for client benefit enrollment systems and resolve day-to-day client needs.
• Conduct working sessions to analyze business requirements and ensure compliance with employer benefit policies.
• Travel independently to client locations and host employee group meetings as required.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Atlanta, GA
• Two or more years of experience in health and welfare benefits.
• Ability to obtain an Individual Producers License in Health and Life Insurances within 90 days of employment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Reliable transportation for travel to client sites and the physical office.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

• Broker experience.
• Experience with Brainshark.
