What you will do

• Oversee and drive high-impact, cross-functional claims initiatives aligned with company strategy.
• Partner with the Claims organization to optimize end-to-end lifecycles, including intake, adjudication, and subrogation.
• Collaborate with Product, GTM, and Support teams to implement scalable operational improvements.
• Develop and monitor key claims KPIs to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives.
• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution for claims transformation efforts.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on loss trends and industry benchmarks.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Austin (ATX) or New York City (NYC).
• 5-10 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on strategy or operations.
• Exceptional project management skills and experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
• Proven ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Experience working in dynamic, high-growth environments.

Nice to have

• Experience leading initiatives within a claims, insurance, or InsurTech environment.
• Familiarity with claims management systems and process automation.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements, loss reserving, or fraud mitigation.
• Experience in the self-storage or insurance industry.
