What you will do

• Manage projects for tools, large equipment, and production technologies.
• Supervise skilled hourly employees to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
• Define manufacturing processes, sequence of operations, and material flow.
• Design, integrate, and launch equipment required for high-quality part production.
• Provide technical direction and oversight to outside vendor sources.
• Administer labor agreements and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience in technical troubleshooting.
• Must be willing to rotate shifts (1st and 2nd Production Shifts).
• Ability to work autonomously with occasional guidance.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems and operational efficiency.

Nice to have

• College degree in a technical field.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of FANUC robots, automation, and conveyor systems.
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic blueprints.
• Troubleshooting skills with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Familiarity with safety systems like lock-out tag-out procedures.
