Senior Project Manager – AI & Innovation

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; flexible schedule with a hybrid/remote model

What you will do

• Lead AI, automation, innovation, proof-of-concept, MVP, pilot and digital product initiatives from concept through deployment and adoption.
• Develop, test and refine prompts and AI use cases for operational and commercial challenges.
• Run structured experimentation, validate outputs, gather user feedback and improve solutions iteratively.
• Build project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, risk controls, success measures and adoption plans.
• Coordinate IT, Operations, Sales, business stakeholders, technical teams and external partners.
• Support the Business Assurance AI roadmap and scale successful solutions across strategic IT pillars.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in project management, digital transformation, innovation management, digital product delivery or a related field.
• Proven delivery of technology-enabled or business transformation projects from concept through implementation.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering, including developing, testing and refining prompts for business applications.
• Experience managing AI, automation, analytics or digital product initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to connect business needs and technical delivery.
• Fluent English and the local language required. Spanish is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification or Business Assurance industry.
• Experience with AI initiatives supporting Sales or Salesforce-related use cases.
• Agile project delivery experience.
