What you will do

• Own end-to-end project management for flagship accounts, including budgets, schedules, and delivery.
• Lead and mentor the US project management and video production team.
• Collaborate with Creative and Production teams to ensure high standards and timely delivery.
• Proactively troubleshoot roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze key metrics regarding project delivery, resource management, and team performance.
• Recommend and implement best practices for operational efficiency and contract management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States for payroll and compliance reasons.
• 6+ years of experience in post-production or project management at an agency or production house.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles across multi-functional campaigns.
• High-level understanding of design, motion graphics, and post-production processes (VFX, editing, sound).
• Experience managing teams and resource planning.
• Availability to work M-F, 9am-5pm in any US time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience with shoot production or 3D production.
• Social media industry experience.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Airtable.
