Creative Project Manager (Performance Marketing): Running day-to-day operations across multiple high-priority DTC brand accounts with an accent on creative briefs, ad copy refinement using AI workflows, competitor research, and QA of creative assets. Location: Fully remote. Work from wherever you do your best work, on London time (GMT/BST).

Salary: $1,000–$1,500 USD per month.

What you will do

• Write creative briefs for senior review and draft/refine ad copy using AI workflows.
• Conduct competitor research, brand deep-dives, review mining, and adapt top-performing scripts to brand voices.
• QA new creative against briefs and guidelines, review raw footage to flag best clips for editors.
• Track project deliverables, coordinate across creative, strategy, and performance teams.
• Handle operational backbone to keep high-priority accounts moving without issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years in project management, marketing operations, or cross-functional roles.
• Obsessive about quality, comfortable with data and creative work.
• Experience using AI tools in workflows.
• Clear writing and communication skills, fluent in Asana, Google Sheets, Slack.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to read carefully and learn fast.
