What you will do

• Orchestrate large-scale, integrated projects across social, web, paid media, and mobile apps.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, managing expectations and presenting strategies.
• Mentor and lead mid-level and junior project staff across creative and technology functions.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasting.
• Connect creative, digital, and strategic workstreams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of project management experience in an ad agency environment.
• Proven track record of managing 360 integrated campaigns across multiple service types.
• Strong experience in client-facing roles, including day-to-day relationship management.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Kantata is a plus) and budget burn tracking.
• Must have valid US work authorization; sponsorship (H1-B, F-1, TN, etc.) is not provided.
