What you will do

• Oversee the deployment and ongoing management of LMS platforms and related training technologies.
• Integrate new scalable technologies to improve training delivery for maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate courseware projects with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Utilize AI tools to create and customize engaging course content including interactive quizzes and multimedia.
• Analyze LMS data to track learner progress and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Liaise with technology vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
• Experience with timeline-driven project management.
• Proficiency in Office 365 tools and experience with AI-driven tools like Gemini.

Nice to have

• Experience with LMS systems such as Pelesys.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
