What you will do
- Own end-to-end administration of the core Salesforce platform, including user provisioning, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and org-wide security.
- Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and Flow automation.
- Build and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL solutions.
- Manage Salesforce integrations and AppExchange packages, including installation, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Manage sandbox strategy, deployments, seasonal releases, platform health, API limits, technical debt, and system reliability.
- Partner with IT, Security, GRC, and RevOps on governance, architecture, and compliance readiness.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience, including ownership of a production organization with multiple integrations.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with declarative configuration and Apex triggers, classes, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, including SSO/SCIM, least-privilege access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Experience managing third-party integrations, AppExchange packages, sandboxes, deployment tooling, and release processes.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted tools and evaluating Salesforce AI capabilities is expected.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I certification.
- Experience in SOC2, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP environments.
- Experience with MuleSoft or similar API middleware.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
