What you will do

• Define the vision, multi-year roadmap, and release priorities for the custom and analog design product line.
• Build credible relationships with senior analog circuit designers to understand their technical challenges and influence methodology shifts.
• Own the go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, and technical value narratives.
• Drive product adoption and revenue growth through strategic customer engagements and business development.
• Define pricing, packaging, and licensing models in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers while aligning R&D, sales, and marketing stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years in the semiconductor or EDA industry, with at least 5 years in product management or marketing.
• Deep, hands-on understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuit design, including topologies, layout, parasitics, and verification.
• Proven ability to communicate and influence expert analog circuit design engineers.
• Demonstrated experience owning a product roadmap, requirements, and go-to-market strategy.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to lead by influence across cross-functional teams.
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience designing, simulating, or laying out analog circuits.
• Familiarity with the Virtuoso custom/analog ecosystem.
• Experience with AI/ML-assisted design tools.
• Prior people-management experience.
• MBA or equivalent commercial experience.
