What you will do

• Own product and solution strategy for data scalability needs of AI/ML workloads.
• Drive partnerships with Go-to-Market teams to deliver customer outcomes and business objectives.
• Establish executive relationships with ecosystem partners to align on joint roadmaps and execution.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and build working-backwards plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, SRE, and partner teams to execute a product and solutions roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the cloud storage Product Management team; define roadmaps using usage data, customer feedback, and market analysis.

Requirements

• 15+ years across engineering, product management, professional services, technical marketing engineering, and/or business consulting.
• 10+ years in senior product management leadership roles in cloud, storage, or AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and data pipelines for GPUs.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise application suites such as CRM, HCM, ERP, SCM, and BI/analytics.
• Proven ability to work closely with GTM teams to drive sales initiatives and accelerate growth.
• Strong communication skills and a track record of building strategic relationships with ecosystem partners.
