Compensation: $179,300–$287,000 base salary plus incentive plans.

What you will do

• Lead the creation and execution of the product and platform roadmap for Mobile Power Management test solutions.
• Develop and execute a 4-year segment strategy and business plan focused on revenue growth and market share.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, operations, and executive leadership to align priorities and roadmap investments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers globally.
• Synthesize market, financial, and execution data for Quarterly Business Reviews and executive updates.
• Translate market requirements into clear engineering specifications and differentiated solutions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in semiconductor marketing, product management, or sales.
• Strong understanding of power management devices and the semiconductor ecosystem.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycles from concept through end-of-life.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills.
• BS degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%.

Nice to have

• Technical background in ATE test development and semiconductor device testing.
• MBA or equivalent managerial experience.
