What you will do
- Develop and execute advertising strategies across Meta and Google Ads for 15+ accounts.
- Launch and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Monitor performance daily and implement data-driven adjustments and A/B tests.
- Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
- Configure Zapier automations and GoHighLevel (GHL) connections.
- Present performance reports and collaborate with creative and strategy teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of driving ROI and lead generation.
- Strong expertise in conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics (GA, GTM).
- Experience with Zapier and GoHighLevel (GHL) integrations.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Availability to work according to Miami USA schedule (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET).
