What you will do

• Manage, coach, and support a small team of paid search and paid social specialists.
• Personally manage strategy and execution for a portfolio of key client accounts.
• Set day-to-day standards for campaign strategy, QA, and reporting.
• Partner with account management on QBRs, ROI storytelling, and client strategy.
• Identify account risks early and work cross-functionally to address churn issues.
• Contribute to hiring and integrate new platform capabilities, automation, and AI tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
• Currently active and hands-on in advertising platforms.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring others.
• Confident and skilled in senior client-facing conversations.
• Agency experience is strongly preferred.
