Salary: $28–$31 per hour

What you will do

• Manage a book of business for internal and external clients to ensure all key deliverables are met.
• Create and approve financial documents using the Adobe software suite.
• Perform regular application testing within an Agile development framework.
• Maintain high accuracy in data entry and form verification within tracking databases.
• Collaborate with internal departments and communicate directly with clients to ensure retention and growth.

Requirements

• Strong professional background in client services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and working knowledge of Outlook and Access.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to maintain high productivity and quality standards under strict deadlines during high-volume seasons.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Edgewood, NY office 2-3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe InDesign.
