What you will do
- Provide level 1 troubleshooting and support for customer product issues.
- Research and resolve application and service issues to maintain high support standards.
- Diagnose problems related to Microsoft operating systems, DNS, and remote access tools.
- Monitor and resolve incoming cases and emails in accordance with Service Level Standards (SLS).
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level personnel with precise documentation.
- Manage hardware capacity and performance assessments.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of technical support experience with Microsoft OS.
- Experience working in a large volume call center or data center environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting DNS, Servers, Web Browsers, and email setup.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding California).
- Ability to work CST shifts (6:30am–3:30pm or 10am–7pm) and rotating weekend on-call shifts.
Nice to have
- Certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or CompTIA A+.
- Experience supporting Windows Server 2012/2016 environments.
- Proven track record of successful work in remote environments.
