What you will do

  • Provide level 1 troubleshooting and support for customer product issues.
  • Research and resolve application and service issues to maintain high support standards.
  • Diagnose problems related to Microsoft operating systems, DNS, and remote access tools.
  • Monitor and resolve incoming cases and emails in accordance with Service Level Standards (SLS).
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level personnel with precise documentation.
  • Manage hardware capacity and performance assessments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 months of technical support experience with Microsoft OS.
  • Experience working in a large volume call center or data center environment.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting DNS, Servers, Web Browsers, and email setup.
  • Must be based in the United States (excluding California).
  • Ability to work CST shifts (6:30am–3:30pm or 10am–7pm) and rotating weekend on-call shifts.

Nice to have

  • Certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or CompTIA A+.
  • Experience supporting Windows Server 2012/2016 environments.
  • Proven track record of successful work in remote environments.
