What you will do

• Lead DeFi portfolio strategy and investment decision-making.
• Identify and execute yield generation opportunities across various protocols.
• Shape the development of on-chain investment products.
• Analyze digital asset markets to inform trading strategies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate trading logic.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (EST time zone preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in crypto markets.
• Proven track record managing successful crypto portfolios.
• Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, trading strategies, and digital asset markets.
• Experience working with hedge funds, crypto funds, or investment management firms.
