What you will do

• Drive portfolio credit management for Oil & Gas and Car Care clients generating ~$1.8B in annual credit sales.
• Conduct risk and operational evaluations, focusing on delinquency, loss, and fraud mitigation.
• Act as the primary credit interface for clients and lead cross-functional business initiatives.
• Develop and optimize credit strategies using champion/challenger methodologies to manage risk.
• Provide credit oversight and strategic input for deal renewals, new contracts, and pricing processes.
• Mentor and develop portfolio credit staff in technical and business matters.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship provided.
• Must be based near a hirify.global Hub to commute for regular in-person engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of strategic analytical experience, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in portfolio management emphasizing credit strategy and policy.
• Proficiency in SAS, R, or Python programming skills.
• Significant experience analyzing large datasets and developing Consumer Credit Risk Strategies.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree or MBA with an advanced analytic focus.
• Experience using advanced modeling and data mining techniques for strategy optimization.
• Proven track record of creating and leading organizational change.
