What you will do

• Design and develop membrane treatment systems (UF, RO, EDI/FEDI) using process calculations and performance modeling.
• Create technical engineering documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, equipment lists, and datasheets.
• Analyze water chemistry data to optimize system performance and identify fouling or scaling risks.
• Support commercial teams with technical proposals and solution development during the sales process.
• Collaborate with global R&D, Product Management, and Operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Assist with pilot testing, product validation activities, and internal or customer training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience with membrane systems in industrial or municipal water treatment.
• Proficiency in membrane design and sizing tools such as ROSA, WAVE, or IMSDesign.
• Strong understanding of water chemistry principles and ability to interpret analysis data.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in the UK or Germany.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20%.
