What you will do

• Serve as the engineering owner for AMAT and TEL etch wafer fabrication equipment.
• Drive equipment performance to maximize capacity and yield.
• Reduce the total cost of equipment ownership.
• Write and maintain detailed equipment specifications and preventative maintenance plans.
• Monitor statistical process control trends and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians to enhance troubleshooting skills and equipment reliability.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering).
• Industry experience with 200mm AMAT or TEL etch equipment in a commercial Fab.
• Ability to work in a 7x24 manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and self-motivation.

Nice to have

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
