What you will do

• Develop, monitor, and test wafer fab semiconductor products.
• Create and update process specifications and documentation.
• Monitor tool and process results using Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Design, execute, and document results of experiments.
• Lead teams to improve yields, reduce cycle times, and lower costs.
• Perform process qualification for new equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to present process improvements.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with legacy wafer fab technologies (3” to 6” wafers).
• Experience in photo or etch processes.
• Skills in using AI tools for research, data analysis, and presentation.
