What you will do

• Analyze equipment issues by interpreting diagnostic data and performing corrective maintenance.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure peak system performance.
• Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot technical problems and resolve issues effectively.
• Plan service activities, including tool and part management, and customer scheduling.
• Document service activities and provide clear handoffs to support teams.
• Train customer staff on system operation, maintenance, and best practices.

Requirements

• Must be work authorized in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Must be able to work on-site in Baltimore, MD.
• At least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor or high-tech equipment industry.
• Familiarity with electromechanical systems, diagnostics, and maintenance processes.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic and international).
• Willingness to work in a clean room environment and maintain a flexible schedule including nights or weekends.
