What you will do

• Translate high-level partner strategies into executed campaigns including webinars, events, and digital collateral.
• Serve as the operational backbone for partner marketing, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Own the full MDF lifecycle from allocation and tracking to PoP documentation and claims processing.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards to track lead generation, pipeline attribution, and ROI.
• Coordinate with product marketing, demand generation, and creative teams to secure necessary resources.
• Deliver regular reporting on fund utilization and campaign health to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in partner marketing, marketing operations, or program management.
• Proven experience managing partner marketing funds, compliance workflows, and financial tracking.
• Strong organizational skills with proficiency in project management tools like Notion or Google Workspace.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to build strong relationships across internal finance teams and external partner managers.
