hirify.global is an early-stage startup building an autonomous Agent of Record for consumer brands to manage the entire customer journey.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end product launches including positioning, enablement, and market amplification.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer success stories from interviews to distribution.
  • Build and run Siena Academy to drive customer adoption and product value.
  • Develop competitive intelligence systems including battlecards and positioning frameworks.
  • Create ROI calculators and business case materials to articulate value differentiation.
  • Establish feedback loops with sales and product teams to optimize marketing assets.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing at B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of creating assets that directly impact pipeline and win rates.
  • Experience building customer education programs or academies from scratch.
  • Power user of AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Midjourney to scale quality output.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and sales enablement needs.
  • Highly execution-focused with a bias toward shipping fast and iterating.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing AI, automation, or customer experience products.
  • Background in competitive intelligence and creating materials for competitive deals.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and CRM systems.
  • Experience with no-code/low-code tools for interactive experiences.
