What you will do

• Guide customers through the entire product journey from initial implementation and onboarding to production deployment.
• Build custom demos and prototypes that showcase how Speech AI models can solve specific customer use cases.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects to design optimal implementations.
• Troubleshoot production issues for streaming and async APIs, debugging code across various languages like Java, Go, and Ruby.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to Product and Research teams to influence the feature roadmap.
• Contribute to technical documentation, guides, and open-source reference implementations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City or San Francisco.
• 4+ years of customer-facing experience in highly technical environments (e.g., Solutions Architect, Developer Advocate).
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience with web APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data streaming.
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools like Claude, Cursor, or Windsurf for rapid prototyping.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 10-25% of the time).

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment patterns.
• Experience building MVPs and prototypes quickly.
• Public speaking or conference presentation experience.
