Salary: $165,000–$220,000

What you will do

• Design and ship core functionality for the Weave observability and monitoring platform.
• Implement robust APIs and build integrations with popular agent harnesses and SDKs.
• Scale backend performance to support low-latency, high-volume production use cases.
• Develop intuitive features including online LLM judges, playgrounds, and tracing UX.
• Partner directly with users to gather feedback and rapidly iterate on product solutions.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person or eligible for export control authorization
• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• Deep knowledge of Python and/or TypeScript
• Experience in building AI agents
• Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Nice to have

• Experience managing large-scale online production services
• Experience with OLAP databases
• Previous startup experience
