What you will do

• Coordinate and complete RFPs and DDQs for clients and consultants accurately and on time.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with portfolio management, sales, and compliance teams.
• Communicate investment philosophy, product positioning, and market trends to stakeholders.
• Perform second-level reviews and quality checks on documents prepared by team analysts.
• Assist in developing metrics to track sales figures, RFP flows, and hit rates.
• Support ad hoc projects, including technology initiatives to automate reports and materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Commerce.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the investment management industry.
• 2-3 years of prior content writing experience.
