What you will do

• Own end-to-end architecture and execution of AI agent builds, from initial scoping and systems design to production deployment.
• Engineer core agentic logic and implement layered guardrails to ensure safe, compliant, and predictable performance.
• Architect and validate integrations with customer systems, including CRMs, data pipelines, and ticketing systems.
• Interface with senior technical stakeholders to define success criteria and drive delivery against timelines.
• Design evaluation and regression-testing frameworks to validate agent behavior and prevent performance drift.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to surface platform gaps and influence the agent-building roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering or forward-deployed engineering.
• Native or business-level fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is required.
• Strong technical foundation in writing code, working with APIs, and building end-to-end integrations.
• Experience delivering production-grade customer solutions requiring structured execution and iterative validation.
• Must be able to work onsite in Toronto.

Nice to have

• Experience building with LLMs, AI agents, prompting, and workflow design.
• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS integrations and associated security/compliance considerations.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Strong product instinct and ability to write clear PRDs.
