What you will do

• Manage and operate a high-volume branded concept on CityWalk, ensuring the flow of back-of-house operations.
• Optimize profits by strictly controlling food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff, including creating schedules to meet shifting demand.
• Maintain inventory levels and oversee necessary maintenance and repairs on kitchen appliances.
• Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, and labor.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Chef and General Manager to analyze financial reports and implement performance improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in high-quality chain or independent restaurant groups.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and POS systems.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including holidays, weekends, and nights.
• Must be based at an hirify.global-designated worksite (On-site).
