Salary: $47,000–$53,000

What you will do

• Complete catch-up bookkeeping for multiple small business clients with overdue books
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and ensure transaction accuracy
• Categorize, code, and organize financial transactions
• Research and resolve discrepancies while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Communicate proactively about missing information and outstanding items
• Use accounting technology and workflow tools to track progress and maintain organized documentation

Requirements

• Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero
• Strong technology aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts/projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
