What you will do

• Design Agent-related capabilities including task flows, interaction patterns, capability boundaries, and feedback loops.
• Build and maintain the Harness evaluation framework, including test scenarios and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with technical owners and engineers to translate business requirements into production-ready product specs.
• Map high-value AI Agent use cases across Web3 Wallet, Account, Payment, and Trading business lines.
• Track developments in MCP, tool-calling, and prompt engineering to drive executable product initiatives.
• Define and monitor Agent performance metrics such as task success rate, error rate, and response quality.

Requirements

• Experience in AI products, Agent products, AIGC applications, or developer tooling.
• Background in Web3, exchanges, wallets, DeFi, or crypto assets.
• Hands-on understanding of AI Agent mechanics: tool-calling, task planning, and context management.
• Ability to create high-quality PRDs, flow diagrams, and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Must be based in Asia.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI Agent Harness, benchmarking, or automated testing platforms.
• Familiarity with RAG, MCP, Function Calling, or multi-Agent orchestration.
• Knowledge of the Binance ecosystem and mainstream Web3 user scenarios.
