What you will do
- Guide merchants and PSP partners through the full integration lifecycle, from solution design to go-live and post-launch support.
- Lead technical discussions with partner engineering teams to design optimal integration approaches using Binance payment solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between merchants, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure efficient problem solving.
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting to ensure a high integration success rate.
- Analyze merchant feedback and performance data to identify opportunities for improving payment products and integration tools.
- Collaborate with product teams to close functionality gaps and propose enhancements for the merchant experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in payment integrations, fintech, or merchant-facing technical roles.
- Proven experience working with payment gateways, PSPs, or merchant payment solutions.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration workflows.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and business.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with web or mobile technologies (JavaScript, Node.js, HTML5, Java, Python, etc.).
- Knowledge of crypto or Web3 payment infrastructure.
