What you will do

• Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and developer advocacy to design and execute integrated field events.
• Manage the full event lifecycle, including planning, logistics, contracts, and on-the-ground execution.
• Develop comprehensive event campaigns covering audience segmentation, promotion, and lead follow-up.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and deliver measurable results.
• Work with external partners to co-host webinars and joint marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, and hosted events across the EMEA region.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field, event, or regional marketing within B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience in the database or data analytics industry.
• Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation and brand awareness.
• Strong project management and analytical skills for measuring program effectiveness.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Must be able to travel within EMEA >25% of the time.
