Head of Product and Design (Robotics)

Location: Must be based in the USA

Compensation: $240,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary product management and design team.
• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities to scale sidewalk delivery operations.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Business Development to align priorities and navigate complex technical tradeoffs.
• Establish cohesive design systems and standards that prioritize safety, usability, and consistent user experiences.
• Champion data-driven decision-making to evaluate opportunities and measure business outcomes.
• Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to company-wide strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or design leadership.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing product teams, including managing senior leaders.
• Proven track record of owning product strategy for complex technology products from concept to commercialization.
• Strong communication skills with experience partnering with executive leadership and external stakeholders.
• Must have current work authorization in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotics, autonomous systems, AI, or complex hardware/software integration.
• Background in B2B or B2B2C products involving fleet operations or logistics.
• Experience scaling organizations through periods of rapid growth.
