Staff Product Manager (AV)

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or report to the Warren, MI or Mountain View, CA office at least three times per week.

Salary: $134,700 – $245,000

What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for AV capabilities and the underlying autonomy platform.
• Develop PRDs and technical requirements to provide engineers and partners with clear direction.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Consumer Product teams to define strategic goals.
• Communicate priorities, experiments, and roadmap decisions to executives and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze product metrics and performance data to identify improvement areas and measure success.
• Monitor competitive technology and emerging trends to anticipate threats and identify risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience leading the full product lifecycle from concept to introduction.
• Experience defining vision and strategy for robotics or autonomy software products.
• Strong analytical skills and technical proficiency in complex software problem-solving.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master's degree in a related technical field.
• Experience working on Autonomous Vehicle (AV) teams specifically with ML/AI models.
• Experience shipping hardware or AI-driven consumer products.
• Experience driving change and fostering innovation within complex organizations.
