What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and outcomes for B2B card programs, including virtual and commercial cards.
• Define and defend prioritization decisions based on commercial and customer rationale.
• Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, managing the full lifecycle from discovery to release.
• Partner with engineering and design to shape solutions and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Lead a cross-functional AI-native pod, directing day-to-day work and owning pod velocity.
• Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance across US, UK, and EU markets.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on B2B payments in SaaS or fintech.
• Deep hands-on expertise in B2B card products and payment rails (ACH, BACS, SEPA, etc.).
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-geography payment products.
• Experience working directly with external payment partners, card schemes, or banking providers.
• Strong understanding of payment regulations in the US, UK, and EU.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining technical complexity to both engineers and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with AP automation, ERP integrations, or spend management platforms.
• Background in a B2B SaaS scale-up or payments infrastructure company.
