What you will do

• Develop and align discipline-specific engineering approaches and quality strategies across the organization.
• Monitor technical quality and manage quality-assurance tools, processes, and databases.
• Oversee technical training and mentoring needs for production teams.
• Identify, delegate, and execute process improvement strategies.
• Provide quality control for projects and serve as a technical resource/expert.
• Participate in interviewing and evaluating technical proficiency of potential talent.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, or technology (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge in the discipline of expertise with a track record of technical excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to mobilize organizational technical strategies through project execution.
• Proficiency in core competencies including communication, leadership, and quality orientation.
