What you will do

• Deliver M&E design projects to required quality, time, and budget standards.
• Produce and deliver electrical and mechanical design models as instructed by lead engineers.
• Monitor CAD progress against project costs and program schedules.
• Apply procedures and standards for CAD/Modelling and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Identify and mitigate design hazards in accordance with safety standards and CDM regulations.

Requirements

• High level of proficiency in the Bentley suite of products.
• Competence in Autodesk Construction Cloud and Projectwise.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical system modelling, including job setup and family creation.
• Background knowledge of M&E draughting, design principles, and construction standards.
• Experience within the rail or transportation sector.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Autodesk modelling products.
• Ability to travel to other offices when required.
