What you will do

• Build and set up Digital Twins for clients on live deployment projects.
• Process and validate MEP data related to HVAC, BMS, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Analyze 3D building models using Revit or Navisworks and manage large datasets via Excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate system integrations.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude to accelerate data processing and documentation.
• Provide daily updates on project progress and risks to the Team Leader.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in MEP/building services engineering or project/program coordination.
• Background in MEP engineering (mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing).
• Strong knowledge of building technologies: HVAC controls, BMS, IoT, and security systems.
• Ability to interpret and analyze large, disparate datasets using Excel or SQL.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines

Nice to have

• BIM experience with authoring or review tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or Archicad.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to improve professional productivity.
