TL;DR
Sr. Specialist, LMS Administration (LMS): Managing day-to-day administration of a corporate Learning Management System and serving as an LMS subject matter expert with an accent on training effectiveness, compliance improvement, and operational LMS projects. Focus on assigning training programs to the right audiences, developing and testing web-based training modules, and supporting validation, audit/inspection events, and LMS release continuous improvement.

What you will do
- Administer training in the LMS and execute operational projects to continuously improve the LMS and training strategy.
- Partner with content and curricula owners to determine training needs, assign programs to appropriate audiences, and review curricula targeting.
- Identify and drive training effectiveness and compliance improvement initiatives.
- Create contractor accounts, assign training, and manage shared team Outlook inbox and ServiceNow tickets.
- Develop and test web-based training modules; support validation activities for LMS releases and continuous improvement projects.
- Support audit/inspection events and report requests; produce and support LMS training metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in LMS administration and pharmaceutical or biotech experience.
- Understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV) process and deliverables.
- Knowledge of US and global regulatory, quality, and compliance regulations, laws, and standards.
- Strong organization and attention to detail with clarity, accuracy, and conciseness.
- Ability to interact successfully in a dynamic, culturally diverse workplace.
Nice to have
- Experience writing and executing UAT scripts, risk assessments, and performing audit trail reviews; audit/inspection support experience.
- Experience with an electronic document management system (EDMS).
- Working knowledge of change management, deviations, and CAPAs.
