What you will do

• Own the service vision, roadmap, and lifecycle priorities.
• Define and monitor service KPIs including adoption rates, usage, and user satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, users, and delivery teams.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and community building.
• Coordinate technical teams and facilitate discussions on AI strategic opportunities.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Owner, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
• English: C1 level or higher mandatory.
• Proven experience managing digital services or platforms throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI concepts.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Experience working with software engineering or DevOps teams.

Nice to have

• French language proficiency is considered a strong asset.
