What you will do

• Partner with AI Workflow Analysts to discover, shape, and co-create practical AI solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) covering functional and non-functional requirements.
• Own and prioritize the AI product backlog, coordinating delivery through agile ceremonies.
• Build and deploy no-code solutions, including agent workflows and system integrations.
• Create mock-ups, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas and evolve requirements.
• Oversee solution deployment, monitoring performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory; no sponsorship provided.
• Proven experience in product management, technical business analysis, or solution delivery.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and no/low-code platforms like Copilot Studio, n8n, or Zapier.
• Strong understanding of LLM design concepts including prompt engineering, tool calling, and Responsible AI.
• Familiarity with data quality, structure, and pipeline requirements for AI inference.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate organizational complexity and present to senior stakeholders.
