Senior Associate - Property Fund Finance

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid working arrangements available).

What you will do

• Oversee financial, regulatory, and investor reporting for a portfolio of real estate funds.
• Review fund performance, NAV calculations, cashflow forecasts, and management information.
• Manage relationships with external administrators, auditors, and tax advisers.
• Support board governance activities, including distribution recommendations and meeting materials.
• Review annual reports, statutory accounts, and financial statements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality financial control and oversight services.

Requirements

• Must be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified accountant (or equivalent).
• Experience in fund finance, financial reporting, or fund accounting within real estate or asset management.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, cashflow forecasting, and audit processes.
• Experience overseeing third-party administrators or outsourced finance functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of real estate fund structures and accounting principles.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar property accounting systems.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for investment funds.
