What you will do

• Assist in testing patient samples following established standard operating procedures.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and instruments in good operating condition, including calibration.
• Manage inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment to ensure operational continuity.
• Recognize, document, and escalate protocol deviations and equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet performance metrics.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in a biological science or a related field.
• 0-2 years of industry-related experience.
• Ability to discern color visually and evaluate cellular morphology.
• Must pass a post-offer criminal background check.
• Completion of HIPAA/PHI privacy and compliance training within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and data management skills.
