What you will do

• Lead and oversee the curation of variants, genes, and gene-disease correlations following ACMG guidelines.
• Perform comprehensive analysis of clinical genomics data using NGS, Sanger sequencing, metabolomics, and chromosomal microarray.
• Draft clinical reports, manage validation processes, and refine methodologies.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.
• Present findings in professional meetings and participate in process improvements.

Requirements

• PhD or MD in clinical medicine, genetics, molecular biology, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of demonstrated experience in the field.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Profound knowledge of genomic variation, ACMG variant classification, and literature curation methodologies.
• Technical expertise in variant detection, molecular disease mechanisms, and bioinformatics analysis.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex genetic information.
